Fun facts about Cap’n and his parents!

Cap’n is 27 years old! He’s the captain of The Elden, a galleon that took four years to build by three people. He has a daughter named Calypso who is almost seven. I haven’t drawn her yet. His family and crew mean everything to him. He also is an active father in Calypso’s life after her mom was tragically shot in the face by a cannon.

Shanta is Cap’n’s biological mom and was more present in Cap’n’s life in his early years than her husband Mayt. Her ex boyfriend is Cap’n’s biological father, and he left when Cap’n was conceived. She overworks herself even though Mayt and Cap’n ask her not to. She is fourty six years old.

Mayt is Cap’n’s stepdad, but is considered to be Cap’n’s “true dad”. Cap’n loves his father as much as his mom, although he doesn’t show it as much. He is Calypso’s grandfather and her and Cap’n mean the world to him. He’s also Shanta’s husband and took care of Cap’n in his later childhood and teen years while Shanta worked full time. He started working too when Cap’n was fourteen. He’s fourty seven years old.
