I’m making an eclipse au! Who wants to be in it?

Lore: a couple main characters barely survive dying because of an eclipse. Imagine waking up and being like "aw man, I missed the eclipse." And then you look outside, and everyone is either unrecognizable, or dead. After that some people realize that they narrowly avoided death by sheer dumb luck.
