How Susan got her star pupils

(She wasn't born with them. This takes place 3 years ago, way before her sister died.) After Susan escaped prison, she was in the forest that wasn't far away from home. She found this necklace that she thought was cute so she wore it. It wore it everyday for the next week and a half until something happened. Basically, she set someone on fire when the necklace started glowing and then exploded. Afterward, she had her star pupils but the necklace was gone. She didn't even realize it until she got home later that day and her sister asked her about her eyes. The necklace is actually extremely powerful. The necklace is still around somewhere, but no one knows where it is. This does mean that Susan has powers. She doesn't really use them, though. Only when she needs to.
