Adult contents in adds – how to block it out properly?

Maybe anyone found themselves with similar situation… You know when you play a game on your phone and often you have them add break games and play the game for a little to 'test it out'? Well I have caught my 4 years old playing one of the games that pop up in them and my problem is, that the game was grabbing items from all around the room and placing them in a naked backside of a anime girl, with a man behind her, opening it up with his hands 🤯🤯🤯 same on YouTube, where Peppa pig falls into a hole, filled with spikes and on the screen it looks literally like bloody murder 😱💀

I have blocked adds, channels and all that I could block, only to see 10 videos down the line a censored vagina, leaking out a fluid to the movement of your finger on the screen 😶‍🌫️🙈

Anyone have any advice what else I could block so this sort of content doesn't show in front of my child's face? It's disturbing for me, an adult, I don't want my kid to see it. Simple.
