non-ad app game?

My 4 year old somehow found sprunkis and are obsessed, so far we've gotten a bunch of the dolls and toys from amazon.

Recently found the various app games available but most seem to border on malware with all the injected ads and random bs.

Is there a version where I can just buy it for a few $ and have him just play with it or is there a definitive 'free' version that doesnt have as obtrusive ads?

Also, I feel like there should be a weblink for this game online somewhere where I can just bookmark it to his tablet, does such links exist?
