Is sprunki a safe and age appropriate game for little kids?

My younger brother (4) loves watching sprunki on YouTube and I think he would also like to play it. But whenever I search it up on google, safari, and my App Store only creepy things pop up. And on my App Store for Apple it doesn't pop up at all. Is it safe for little kids to play?
