Sprunki is trademarked?

Everibody talk aboud how so far so good is taking down a lot of mods on cocrea and the reason is because these mods use the word "INCREDIBOX" is strange because the incredibox mods have been around for years and is strange ho so far so good is taking down the mods right now, so i decide investigate a little bit for why and i said, why i dond find something about on the United States Patent and Trademark Office (the USPTO) and i found something worrisome and that is that the word sprunki is being registered under the domain of a company called ShinStar LLC.

I had never heard of this company before so I decided to google it to find out more about them i didnt find nothing on google, only information about the registration of the word in other patent sites.

this is trange on the first page i saw one web page whit the name sprunkiverse.org to find something and i have seen that legal action has been taken against the website that owns the company.

There has already been drama for Sprunki LLC for taking legal action against other games in roblox.

i dont know what that means if they are going to revoke all the trademark or another thing.

but thats is not all because there are several registrations to use the word sprunki in other areas, registered with the same company, like the use the word on costumes, Action figures, online computer games, coloring books for children (for god sake why?!!), Computer game software downloadable from a global computer.

the crazy thing here is there is another company that wants to register the sprunki trademark to sell clothing, Gleb Elkin a russian company what try register the same word sprunki on Rusia.

the reason why I highlighted the words online games and computer games is because the incredibox is both, The incredibox can be found both in browser and digital stores such as steam or the mobile app stores.
That is probably the reason for why so far so good is taking down a lot of mods, because mods use the word "INCREDIBOX" what is a patent word and sprunki is a mod from the increidibox.

Also this company use the word Sprunki Incredibox in the screenshots of the page registration document for patent registration, i am not a lawyer, but is this even legal?.

This is my theory but the reason for why so far so good is taking down a lot of mods its because a lot of rats try to patent the word sprunki for pantent trolling practices and so far so good only tried to protect their product.

the status of these patents are pending, so I am not sure whether they will be rejected or approved, because if they are approved this could cause a lot of problems even for the fandom who make fan mods.

even with this other patent that can also affect other fan products such as animations that can be found on youtube or series like those made by fera animation.

thats all for now, As I said I am not a lawyer but trying to look for information to know why they are throwing away mods projects I came across all this information, what do you think guys?
