Basically, Cyan has almost full control over Kami's body and mind. He now can affect what she says, her thoughts and also her actions. He's not a simple voice in her head anymore…it's his presence that you can feel in her.

(Even tho Cyan's body is still at the asylum, when he'll have full control over Kami, he'll use her as a puppet or a vessel.)
