This guy is like Alastor (IN A SENSE), being able to mess up radio frequencies, and just generally tech.

Lore from where he’s from: He was formed out of a tv from the 1990s through the early 2000s, he has the same sound as phase 4 (I think) Mr. Fun Computer, static (SHOCKER).

More LORE: He has loads of electricity, including static and energy kinds, if you bring him near technology, computers, phones, etc, it’ll suffer this, either overheating, crashing, and or full on catching fire if he’s mad or annoyed.
